Finally got my new Weber set up in the backyard. Planning to do some ribs and burgers this Saturday. Kids are excited but honestly I just want a few hours of peace and quiet with a beer while I tend the grill. Anyone have a go-to rub recipe? I've been using the same one for 10 years but open to trying something new.

That's the sweet spot right there. Get the kids involved early with the burgers and ribs, then you can actually enjoy the whole thing instead of being stressed. Plus they'll remember those weekend grills forever.
