Weekend plans fell through so now I'm fixing the deck

Had a buddy weekend planned but it got cancelled last minute. Instead I'm replacing some rotted boards on the deck. Honestly not mad about it. Got my coffee, some podcasts, and nobody's asking me for snacks. This might be better than the original plan.

That's the way to look at it. Cancelled plans suck but at least you're getting the deck fixed. I'd be annoyed but sometimes these things work out better anyway.
Honestly this is more productive than sitting around complaining about the plans falling through. How bad was the rot situation?
