Honestly? That's not bad, it's self care. You're still being a good neighbor by showing up in the first place, and your family needs you present and not burnt out.

Not bad at all man, you've earned some couch time. I work nights and spend my days with the kids so those weekend moments where I can just exist and watch the game? That's essential.
