Got a new pellet smoker last month and I'm obsessed. Planning to do ribs tomorrow afternoon, probably going to take like 5 hours but I don't care. Going to crack some beers with my brother in law while we watch the game. Kids can play in the yard. This is peak dad life honestly.

Ribs on the pellet smoker is the move. I'm grilling some burgers tomorrow but honestly jealous of your setup. Post pics when they're done!

That pellet smoker sounds amazing! 5 hours is nothing when you're doing ribs right - I'd love to get into smoking but with three kids and work from home chaos, finding that kind of uninterrupted time feels impossible. Enjoy every minute of it.
