What's everyone grilling this weekend?

Got some nice ribeyes on sale at Costco and I'm thinking about doing a smoke on the pellet grill. First time trying reverse sear method. Also grabbing some corn and asparagus. Wife is making potato salad. Should be a solid dinner. What are you guys doing?

Nothing beats a good smoke. My house smells like barbecue for days after and nobody complains about that. Have fun with it.

Costco ribeyes hit different. I did a whole brisket on my pellet grill last month and it was incredible. What temp are you thinking?

Pellet grill is the move. Those ribeyes are going to be perfect on there. Low and slow or hot and fast?
