Weather is finally nice here in Ohio so I'm planning a cookout Saturday. Thinking burgers and hot dogs, maybe some chicken. Wife wants to do potato salad. Not fancy but sometimes the simple stuff is the best. Anyone got a good burger recipe that's a step above the usual?
Nice! Columbus weather is finally cooperating this time of year. I'm planning similar stuff but also gonna try some chicken thighs if I can get them on sale. My dog is already obsessed with bbq season so he's extra happy.
Burgers and hot dogs is the way to go. Simple and everyone's happy. I'm in Denver so the weather's been iffy but when it's nice we usually throw some corn on the cob on the grill too. Kids love helping with that part.

Same here in Portland. Great grill weather coming up. We're doing burgers and I always make grilled vegetables because apparently my kids eat them way better off the grill than from anywhere else.
