What's everyone's go-to weeknight dinner

I'm so tired of trying to figure out what to cook after work. Needs to be something the kids will eat without complaining, ready in like 30 minutes, and ideally leftovers for lunch the next day. Been doing a rotation of tacos, pasta, stir fry but I'm bored. What do you guys make? Looking for some new ideas that aren't too complicated.
