What's everyone's go-to weeknight dinner?
I'm in a rut with meal planning. Keep making the same 5 things over and over. Taco night, pasta, chicken with rice, pizza, burgers. The kids aren't picky eaters thank god but I want to actually cook something different without spending 2 hours on it. What are your quick wins that don't feel like total repetition?
Throw some sheet pan dinners in rotation. Chicken and veggies, salmon and asparagus, that kind of thing. Gets you out of the pasta-taco cycle and honestly takes like 15 minutes to throw together.
