Why do kids wake up at 5:45 on weekends

This is rhetorical but also I'm going insane. They sleep til 8 on school days (have to drag them out of bed). Saturday? 5:45 AM on the dot. Every. Single. Time.

I know this is a universal dad thing but I'm just venting into the void rn. Didn't get home til 2am from work last night. Please 6yo, give daddy 30 more minutes lmaooo
