Why does steak always taste better when someone else cooks it
Grilled a ribeye last weekend and it was fine, nothing special. My buddy came over and threw one on his grill and literally the best steak I've had in years. Asked him what he did different and he said the same stuff I do. Maybe it's just better when you're not the one sweating over the grill. Or maybe I need to get over myself and practice more.
Could be that your buddy's grill runs hotter or he's got better technique, but yeah man sometimes food just tastes better when you're not the one cooking it. Less pressure to enjoy it I guess.
