My wife is about to start her third starter because apparently the second one isn't performing up to standards. We have enough bread for a small bakery. Is this still a pandemic thing or what? Don't get me wrong the bread tastes great but I don't need a 48 hour timeline just to make toast. Maybe I'm just grumpy.
Third starter feels excessive but I get it. It's like a weird hobby that makes people feel creative and productive. Just let her have her thing, it's not hurting anything right?
