Why is everyone obsessed with sourdough all of a sudden?
My wife is about to start her third starter because apparently the second one isn't performing up to standards. We have enough bread for a small bakery. Is this still a pandemic thing or what? Don't get me wrong the bread tastes great but I don't need a 48 hour timeline just to make toast. Maybe I'm just grumpy.
The sourdough obsession is real and honestly it's kind of sweet. My ex actually has two starters going at her place too. At least it's a productive thing instead of doom scrolling, right?
