I know I'm like 15 years late to the party but holy crap this show is funny. We're on season 3 and I've already watched some episodes twice. Michael Scott is absolutely cringe but that's what makes it work. My wife keeps laughing at me for laughing so hard at scenes she's already seen a hundred times.
Dude yes, The Office is perfect for those moments when you just need to zone out for 20 minutes. I rewatched it constantly when my kid was younger.
Welcome to the club! Season 3 is peak Michael Scott comedy. Fair warning though, once you finish it becomes your comfort show on repeat while the baby naps.

Season 3 is peak Office honestly. Wait until you get to the later seasons though, still solid. My kids aren't old enough to watch it yet but I sneak in episodes during nap time.
