Not gonna lie I was skeptical when she brought this up but we went to a beginner salsa class last week and it was actually kind of fun. Felt like an idiot at first but the instructor made it chill and it gave us something to do together that wasn't just sitting at home. Might keep doing it.
That's actually awesome. My wife and I did couples therapy dance once and it was surprisingly fun. Something about learning together and being a beginner at the same time takes the pressure off. How'd you feel about it after the class?
This is cool man. Finding things you both enjoy and can be beginners at together is way harder than it sounds. Even if you don't stick with salsa, the fact that you're open to trying her ideas is huge for a relationship.

Salsa is such a different vibe than regular life. You have to be present and connected or it just doesn't work. Plus you both get to be terrible together which is somehow really fun. Glad you're giving it a real shot.
