Being the leader your family needs

Gentlemen, fatherhood is not about being your kid's buddy. It's about being the steady hand that guides them. My boys need to know that I will provide for them, protect them, and set the example for what a man should be. I lead by example, not by force. I make the hard decisions so they can learn what responsibility looks like. Anyone else here believe that real leadership in the home is more important now than ever?
