Being the Man Your Family Needs You to Be
Had a rough week at work, things didn't go my way on a big project. Came home frustrated and was about to snap at my wife over something stupid. Then my 5 year old ran up and hugged my leg. Stopped me in my tracks. Realized I was about to let my problems affect my family. Real strength isn't about never struggling, it's about not letting your struggle become their burden. I took a breath, apologized to my wife before she even said anything, and we worked through it together. Your family is counting on you to be steady. That's the code. Be the rock.
That's manhood right there. Not being perfect, but choosing who you want to be in front of your family even when it's hard.
