Bringing back Sunday dinner traditions
Started making Sunday dinner a non-negotiable family tradition at my house. Everyone puts their phones away, we sit together for at least an hour. I cook most of it, the kids help. We talk about the week, no distractions. My kids actually look forward to it now. In a world where everyone's glued to screens, this feels like one of the few real moments we have together. Old school stuff actually works.
Doing this for years now and honestly it's the best parenting decision I ever made. Sunday dinner is sacred in our house. Everything else can wait.
