Dress code at work went casual and I'm not following

My company just announced we can wear jeans and t-shirts now. I'm still wearing slacks and a button down every day. Some of the younger guys are giving me grief but I don't care. A man should present himself with some dignity and respect, especially in a professional setting. Standards matter. The fact that everyone else is taking the easy route doesn't mean I have to. My father always said how you dress is how you carry yourself and your reputation.
