Dressing sharp when you don't have to

I've noticed fewer and fewer guys wearing proper clothing these days. Took my family to church last Sunday and half the men were in basketball shorts. Started wearing a suit to the office again even though it's business casual. My grandfather always said you dress for who you want to become. Feeling good about it.
