Looking for some solid reading material. Want something about being a better father, raising kids with character, that kind of thing. Preferably something practical not just theory. What have you guys found useful? Open to anything from actual parenting books to memoirs from men you respect.

"Dare to Lead" by Brene Brown changed how I approach parenting. It's not specifically about being a dad but the stuff about vulnerability and setting boundaries has made me way better at talking to my kids about their problems.
How far did you get in your post? You cut off mid sentence but I'd recommend "The Explosive Child" if you've got kids who struggle with behavior stuff. Very practical, lots of actual scripts you can use.
What age range are your kids? That might help narrow things down. The practical stuff for a 5 year old is totally different than for a teenager.
