Got my daughter her first shotgun - teaching her to hunt like a real outdoorswoman
So proud to announce that my 16 year old girl passed her hunter safety course and today we went out for her first real hunt. She's got the discipline, the patience, and the respect for nature that it takes. A lot of people in my office act surprised that I'm raising her to be tough and independent but that's what being a good parent is about. She can break down a rifle, field dress a deer, and still beat me to the kitchen to make breakfast. That's a real young woman right there.
That's awesome man. Teaching her to be independent and capable is huge. Hunter safety is no joke either, she clearly took it seriously.
