How do you handle disrespect from younger guys?

Been noticing some disrespect from younger guys at work and trying to figure out the right way to handle it. Don't want to be the angry old guy but also not going to let it slide. I think the key is staying calm, addressing it directly but respectfully, and not making a big deal out of it. Usually they don't even realize what they're doing. How do you all handle this kind of thing? Want to set the example the right way.

Lead by example with respect and accountability. The younger guys will either learn from watching you handle it the right way or they'll keep making the same mistakes with everyone else. Don't let them pull you down to their level.
