How to handle a disagreement like a grown man

Had a tough situation with a neighbor about property lines. Instead of getting heated or being sneaky about it, I walked over and had a calm conversation. We looked at the deed together, agreed to split the cost of a surveyor, and worked it out respectfully. That's how you handle conflict. You face it head on with honor and you come out the other side as men who respect each other.
