Leading your family well
Been reading some older books on leadership and family and it hit me that being the head of household doesn't mean being a dictator. It means setting the example, making the hard decisions, and putting your family's needs before your own. That's what my grandfather did and it shaped everything about who I am. Trying to live that same way with my kids.
What books are you reading? I'm curious because I think good leadership in a family means showing up consistently and admitting when you're wrong, not just laying down rules. That's the kind of 'head of household' thing that actually works.
