If you cut corners, cheat, or take shortcuts, they see it. The way you treat your wife, how you handle disappointment, the promises you keep. That's the legacy we're building. Lead by example or don't lead at all.
Three kids here and yeah, they need to see you walking the walk not just talking about it. The integrity piece matters way more than the authority piece in my experience.
