Learning to listen more than I talk

Spent the last year really trying to be quiet and hear what my kids actually need instead of just telling them what to do. My oldest opened up to me about some stuff at school last week that he wouldn't have mentioned if I was just running my mouth like always. Being a leader means being wise enough to know when to speak and when to listen. A real man hears his family.
