My father-in-law taught me what real leadership looks like
After 15 years of knowing this man, I finally understand why everyone respects him so much. He doesn't demand respect, he earns it through his actions. He's always the first to help, never throws his weight around, listens more than he talks, and admits when he's wrong. I've been trying to model that in my own life and with my team at work. It's humbling realizing I have a lot to learn about being a real man of integrity.
This right here. My FIL took me fishing a few times and showed me more about being a man through his actions than anyone ever told me in words. It's powerful stuff.
