My grandfather's watch and what it taught me

My grandfather passed this old Timex down to me when I turned 21. Nothing fancy, been running since 1972. I've thought about upgrading to something nicer but honestly I wear it every single day and it keeps better time than watches worth 10 times the price. What I respect about it most is it represents showing up and being reliable. It doesn't need attention or babying. You just wind it and it does the job. That's how I try to live my life too. Quality through simplicity and consistency.
