Need recommendations for quality men's work boots that will last

Looking to invest in a good pair of boots. Not the fashionable garbage that falls apart in a season, I'm talking real boots for real work. My old pair lasted 15 years before I finally had to retire them. I want something I can pass down or at least feel like I got my money's worth from. What are you guys wearing? Any brands you trust?
