Old school values in a modern relationship

My wife works full time but I still handle the finances, fix things around the house, and take out the trash. She appreciates it and I like being the one who handles that stuff. My younger brother says that's 'outdated' but I don't see it that way. We both contribute but we also play to our strengths. I provide and protect and she knows I've got her back. That's not toxic masculinity that's just being a good partner. Anyone else built a relationship this way?
