On being the head of household and what that actually means

Been seeing a lot of confusion about what traditional leadership in a family looks like. For me it's not about being a dictator. It's about being someone my wife and kids can rely on. It means I lead by example, I make the hard decisions when needed, I provide for my family, and I take responsibility when things go wrong. It means listening to my wife's perspective and respecting it even when we disagree. Strong doesn't mean stubborn. A real man owns his mistakes and teaches his kids to do the same.

This resonates with me man. Being the head of household for me is just about making sure everyone's taken care of and decisions get made, not about barking orders. The bedtime routine chaos would be way worse if I wasn't helping steer the ship.
