In this age of texting and emails, the handshake has become a lost art. I've been teaching my sons the importance of a firm grip, eye contact, and confidence in that moment. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. A weak handshake says everything about a man. Passed this on from my old man and he passed it on to me. Keeping the tradition alive.
