Raising Sons to Lead, Not Complain

Taught my boys that real men lead by example and don't cry about circumstances. You work hard, you show up, you do what needs doing. No excuses, no participation trophies, no safe spaces. When my oldest didn't make the team he wanted, I said okay, work harder next year. Now he puts in the work. That's leadership. That's respect. I'm not here to be his friend, I'm here to make sure he becomes a man of honor and strength.

Built my patio the same way you're building your boys. No shortcuts, no complaining about the heat. The work speaks for itself.
