Real talk about being the provider and what that actually means

I think we've lost something in how we talk about being the provider. It's not just about the paycheck. It's about making hard decisions so your family is secure. It's staying in a job you don't love because you made a commitment to take care of people who depend on you. It's about integrity. My wife makes good money too which is great but I still feel that weight of responsibility. Not in a toxic way but in a way that says I'm the captain of this ship and I answer for it. That's what being a man is about in my opinion.
