Standing Up For What's Right Even When It Costs You

Had to let a guy go today who was doing quality work but was treating the crew with disrespect. He had the attitude that if the work got done that was all that mattered. I built this company on treating people right and leading by example. My profit margin took a hit but my integrity didnt. A man's word and reputation is all he really has. Can't compromise on that for a paycheck.
