Had a situation at work where my boss asked me to fudge some numbers on a report. Politely told him I couldn't do it and that I'd lose sleep over it. He wasn't happy. But I can look myself in the mirror and I can look my kids in the eye. My grandfather always said honor is the one thing they can't take from you if you don't give it away. Took a risk but it was the right call. How do you all handle these moments with integrity?
