Standing up for what's right even when it costs you

Had to report some dishonest behavior at work today even though the guy is popular and everyone likes him. Did it respectfully and went through the right channels. It might make things awkward but a man has to have integrity. My kids are watching how I handle this. That matters more than being liked.

Not easy to be the one who speaks up, especially when everyone likes the guy. But you did the right thing and kept it respectful - that's all you can do.
