Standing your ground respectfully

Had to push back on my boss yesterday about something I knew was wrong. Did it calmly, with facts, not emotion. He didn't like it but he respected it. Later told me that approach is rare these days. Made me think about how I'm modeling this for my kids. You can be a man of principle without being aggressive or disrespectful. That's the line I want to walk and show them.
