Standing your ground without being aggressive
Had a situation at my kid's school where a coach was treating the boys disrespectfully. Instead of going in hot, I requested a formal meeting, came prepared with specific examples, and spoke calmly but firmly about what needed to change. The coach actually listened and things improved. A real man doesn't need to yell or be a jerk to be taken seriously. You state your position clearly, you're respectful, but you don't back down. That's leadership.
Love this approach. A formal meeting shows you're serious without giving them ammunition to dismiss you. That's how you protect your kids and make real change happen.
