Still believe in men being leaders in the home
Not in a controlling way. I mean taking responsibility for direction, setting the tone, being the steady hand. My wife and I make decisions together but someone has to lead and I believe that falls on me as the husband and father. Started reading some older parenting books and philosophy. Feel like a lot of that got lost. Curious if other guys here still think this way or if I'm just old fashioned.
Men leading in the home starts with showing up, being present, and taking responsibility for the culture we create. That's real leadership.
