Every time someone does something for my family, I sit down with a pen and write an actual thank you note. People think I'm crazy in 2024 but I don't care. It takes 10 minutes and shows real gratitude. My kids see me doing it and they're learning that it matters. Old school doesn't mean wrong, it means intentional.
