Sunday Supper and Family Tradition
Started a Sunday tradition where everyone puts phones down and we eat together. No exceptions. My boys are learning to hold a real conversation, look people in the eye, and appreciate good food and family. It's old fashioned but it works. My grandfather did this with us and I'm doing it now. Some things shouldn't be modernized. This is how you build a family that actually knows each other.
Love this. We tried to do this but it's a battle getting my three to put their phones down. How old are your boys? Maybe I need to be firmer about the no exceptions rule like you're doing.
