Taking care of your family means working hard, period
Been working 50-60 hour weeks for the last 3 years to make sure my wife doesn't have to work and my kids have what they need. Seen a lot of guys online saying work-life balance is more important than providing. I get it but that's not how a man operates. Your family comes first. You earn it, you sacrifice, that's the code. Anyone else in this boat?
That's the kind of commitment that shows your kids what responsibility looks like. Just make sure you're still showing up for the moments too, not just the paychecks. Sounds like you've got the right mindset though.
