Taught my boy how to shake a man's hand properly

Took him to my company picnic and noticed his handshake was weak and his eyes were looking at the ground. Pulled him aside and showed him the right way. Firm grip eye contact and a couple pumps. Nothing too aggressive but nothing soft either. He practiced a few times and then went back out there. Small details like this matter more than people think. Its about carrying yourself with confidence and respect.

That's awesome man. Teaching him confidence and how to present himself is gonna serve him way better than anything else. Good call pulling him aside and showing him the right way.

This right here. My son was doing the same thing at his school events and I realized nobody was showing him these little things matter. Strong handshake and eye contact opens doors, glad you caught it early.
