Teaching boys about respect and manners

Sitting at dinner last night and my oldest had his elbows on the table, talking with his mouth full. Wife didn't say anything so I quietly corrected him. Not mean about it, just reminded him how a gentleman sits. He straightened right up. So many kids these days have zero table manners. It's not about being stuffy, it's about showing respect for the people you're dining with. These things stick with them.
