Teaching my boy to shake a man's hand properly

Been working with my 10 year old on his handshake. Firm grip, eye contact, respectful tone. My old man taught me this when I was young and it stuck with me my whole life. Noticed a lot of young people today don't know how to do this right and it makes an impression. Had him practice with my brother last week and my brother actually commented on how respectful he was. Little things like this build character and show respect. Anyone else teaching their sons these fundamentals?
