Teaching my boy to shake hands properly

Had him practice with me last night. Firm grip, eye contact, no limp fish handshakes in this house. Some of these young men today have no idea how to introduce themselves to an adult. If we don't teach them right, who will? It's the little things that separate gentlemen from everyone else.
