Teaching my boys to give a firm handshake and look people in the eye

Been working on this with my sons since they were young. Too many kids these days won't even look at an adult when they shake hands. It's a small thing but it sets the tone for respect. A firm grip and direct eye contact shows character and confidence. My boy just turned 10 and I can see the difference it makes when we meet family friends.
