Teaching my boys to give a firm handshake and look people in the eye

My father taught me this and I'm passing it on. Been working with my boys on shaking hands properly, standing up straight, and making eye contact when meeting adults. Sounds old fashioned but it opens doors. People remember a young man with confidence and respect. My oldest got complimented by his coach on his maturity and I know part of that is how he carries himself. Small things that separate men from boys.
