Started working on handshake etiquette with my boys this week. A firm grip, eye contact, and a genuine smile go a long way. Took them to meet my old business partner and you could see how much he respected them just from how they carried themselves. These little things matter. They show character. That's how you raise men, not boys.

This is solid parenting. Those little moments with the old boss probably meant way more to your boys than you realize. Teaching them respect early sets them up right.

Love this. Handshake and eye contact might seem small but it opens doors for kids. My bedtime negotiations would go a lot smoother if mine had this down.
