Teaching my boys to shake hands like men

Simple stuff but it matters. Firm grip, eye contact, say the other person's name. Been working with my 8 and 11 year old on this. Too many young guys nowadays got no presence. My grandfather taught me this way and I'm determined my boys know the difference between being passive and being respectful. It's about carrying yourself with some dignity and treating people right.

Absolutely nailing this. Those little things add up fast. I make sure my kids know a firm handshake and looking someone in the eye is how you show respect, not just with words.
